The Ingredients need to make Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Rice Casserole:

1. Prepare 1 lb of Boneless skinless chicken breast (chopped)
2. It’s 4 cup of White Rice (cooked)
3. It’s 1 packages of Frozen Broccoli Florets
4. You need 1 can of Cream of Chicken soup
5. Prepare 1/2 can of cream of onion soup
6. Prepare 1 can of Cheddar cheese soup
7. It’s 1/2 cup of Sharp cheddar cheese
8. You need 1/2 cup of Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
9. It’s 1/2 packages of Ritz Crackers (crushed)
10. Prepare of Salt
11. It’s of Black pepper
12. You need 1 tbsp of Minced Garlic
13. It’s 1 tbsp of Onion powder
14. Prepare 2 tbsp of Butter (melted)
15. You need 4 tbsp of olive oil, extra virgin

Step to make Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Rice Casserole:

1. Preheat oven @ 375°
2. Season chicken with onion powder,salt, and black pepper
3. In a medium saucepan, heat oil and add minced garlic. Stir for 30 secs and add seasoned chicken.
4. Saute chicken for 5 mins and add Broccoli floret Cook for 10 mins or until broccoli is tender (you may want to add a few tablespoons of water to chicken)
5. In a bowl combine cooked rice cream of chicken cream of onion and cheddar cheese Mix well
6. Add cooked chicken and broccoli to rice mixure. Add sharp cheddar cheese and mix well
7. Place into casserole dish and cover with shredded Monterey Jack cheese
8. Add crushed crackers and pour melted butter over the top.
9. Bake for 20 mins or until brown and bubbly
