1. Turn on instant pot saute high setting. When pot reads hot add butter.
2. When butter has melted add onion and cook stirring occasionally for 5 minute Then add in garlic and cook for 2 minutes again stirring occasionally.
3. Add in chicken broth and stir scaping the bottom to remove any bit
4. Add in artichokes and give a quick stir.
5. Add in spinach. Do not stir.
6. Add cream cheese on top. Do not stir.
7. Seal instant pot and cook high pressure for 5 minute When timer sounds quick release the pressure. Remove lid.
8. Stir untill cream cheese has melted. Stir in sour cream and mayonnaise.
9. Stir in parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese untill melted.
10. Stir in bacon bit
11. Mixture will thicken as it stand
