The Ingredients needed to make Deggi Chicken Biryani #kokabandcookpad:
  1. It’s 1-1/2 kg of Chiken
  2. You need 1 kg of Rice
  3. It’s 3 of medium onions
  4. You need 1 of medium onion chopped
  5. Prepare 4 of medium to tomatoes
  6. It’s 20-25 of green chillies
  7. Prepare 2 of tlbs salt (for yakhni)
  8. You need of salt to taste (if needed)
  9. It’s of (Dry whole spices)
  10. It’s 1 of jaiefl, 2 jawitri, 2 to 3 badeyan phool, 1 teasp black pepper, 1 teasp zeera, 2 sticks of cinemon, 2 big cardemom, 3 to 4 cloves
  11. Prepare 1 cup of oil
  12. It’s of few green chilies for garnish
Step to make Deggi Chicken Biryani #kokabandcookpad:
  1. In a pot add 1 jug walter whole onions, whole garlic, 2 tbls salt cover it n cook. then after 15 min add chicken cover and cook for 15 min to make yakhni.
  2. 2ndly cutt tomatoes and chillies n blend it to make puree.
  3. Then add 1 cup oil n fry onions hust souty and add dry whole spices fry for few second
  4. Add chicken from yakhni, tomato chilli puree and coriander powder cook chicken when its change its colour let it out in another pot.
  5. Add yakhni n let and soaked rice bring it boil.. add few green chillie when rice going to be ready.. put chicken pieces on top and dumm it.
  6. After dumm mix it n garnish it..ur yummmmy deggi biryani is ready to serve. servings 5 to 6
