The Ingredients need to make Beasan curry:
  1. It’s 1 cup of besan
  2. You need 2 of tomato
  3. Prepare 2 of green Chilies
  4. It’s 2-3 of dry red chilli
  5. Prepare 2-3 tbsp of oil for curry
  6. You need of Oil to try
  7. It’s 1 of big chopped onion
  8. Prepare of Salt to taste
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
  10. Prepare 1 tsp of turmeric powder
  11. You need 1 tsp of red chilli powder
  12. Prepare 1 tsp of coriander powder
  13. Prepare 1 tsp of cumin powder
  14. Prepare 1/2 pinch of hing
  15. You need 1 tsp of garam masala
  16. It’s 1 tsp of cuminseeds
  17. It’s leaves of Finely chopped coriander

Coriander and Besan Curry is a famous dish in Rajasthani cuisines and it is generally prepared when there is scarcity of vegetable in the region.   3. Cook it on medium flame while continuously stirring it until it is thick.
  4. Remove the cooked paste and spread it 1 inch thicker on the plate.
  5. Spread it using a spoon by applying oil on the back part of the spoon.
  6. Keep it in a cool place for 10 minutes to set.
  7. After 10 minutes cut the the besan paste into pieces and fry it.
  8. Heat 2tbsp oil in a kadhai add hing, cuminseeds, dry red chilli.
  9. Add chopped onions and roast them slightly.
  10. Then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and cook it for 3-4minutes on low medium flame.
  11. Prepare a paste of 2 tomatoes and add the paste in masala and cook until oil separates from it.
  12. Then add water and salt and leave the gravy to boil.
  13. Then add the fried cut besan pieces in the gravy and cook it for 3-4minute
  14. Add garam masala and turn off the flame and leave it for 5 minute
  15. Do not overcook it.
  16. Now yummy besan curry is ready to serve😋.
