The Ingredients need to make Paleo Paella:
  1. Prepare 16 oz of chicken breasts
  2. You need 12 oz of shrimp
  3. You need 12 oz of clams
  4. It’s 3 of andouille sausage
  5. It’s 3 of roma tomatoes
  6. You need 1 of red pepper
  7. Prepare 3 tbsp of olive oil, extra virgin
  8. You need 1 of white onion
  9. It’s 1 of saffron
  10. Prepare 1 of cayenne pepper
  11. You need 1 of turmeric
  12. Prepare 1 of paprika
  13. Prepare 3 oz of bone broth
  14. It’s 1 of cauliflower head
  15. Prepare 1 of
  16. Prepare 2 of garlic
Step to make Paleo Paella:
  1. Use a food processor to make the cauliflower rice
  2. In a pot pan, boiled the cauliflower rice with the bone broth until soft
  3. In a paella pan or frying pan, sautee the garlic and the onion until the onion is transparent
  4. Add to the pan the red peppers, chicken, and sausage. When the chicken is almost ready, add the seafood
  5. Add the cauliflower rice to the pan. Add spices and garnish with parsley and green onions
  6. Add hot sauce if desired
