The Ingredients needed to make Keto Tawa Chicken:
  1. Prepare 500 grams of Chicken with bone or boneless
  2. You need 2 tbsp of ghee
  3. You need 2-3 of Garlic cloves
  4. It’s 2 of Chillies
  5. You need 2 tsp of Red chilli powder
  6. It’s 1 tsp of Turmeric
  7. You need 1 tsp of garam masala
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Pepper
  9. It’s 1 of Lemon
  10. You need 1 tsp of Coriander powder
  11. It’s 1 tsp of Cumin powder
  12. You need to taste of Salt
  13. You need of For dip -
  14. Prepare 1/2 cup of Curd
  15. Prepare 2 of Chillies
  16. Prepare 1 cup of Coriander
  17. You need to taste of Salt
Step to make Keto Tawa Chicken:
  1. Firstly wash chicken properly
  2. Take chilli and garlic in a mixture jar and grind them up
  3. Now take chicken and add the grinded chilli and garlic mixture and then add all the dry spices like salt, pepper, red chilli powder, turmeric, ground garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder and then squeeze half a lemon over it and mix well.
  4. Let the chicken marinate for a minimum of 30 mins (The more, the better)
  5. Now heat a pan add some ghee and put chopped garlic and chicken pieces and flip sides every 2-3 minutes, cook for 8 mins or till the chicken is done.
  6. Now the chicken is done!
  7. Garnish it with coriander and serve with dip
  8. For dip Take 1/2 cup curd and 2 chillies and 1/2 cup coriander in a jar and grind them up Add some salt and pepper.
  9. Dip is ready
