  4. It’s of garlic cloves
  5. Prepare of bayleaves
  6. Prepare of galangal
  7. Prepare of red long chili (optional)
  8. You need of tomato
  9. You need of salt
  10. You need of sugar

  12. You need of cooking oil

Step to make Carrot and Green Bean stir Fry Vegan:
  1. Cut up carrots and green beans long shaped, chop onion, garlics, tomato, and chili, put aside.
  2. Pre-heat a sauce pan, pour cooking oil, put chopped onion and garlics in when the oil heates up, stir until the aroma comes out.
  3. Add bay leaves and galangal, stir it well for a minute, add chopped tomato and chili, stir it well.
