The Ingredients need to make Flavor of the Philippines! Pork Cooked in Coconut Milk:
- You need 300 grams of Pork shoulder (thin sliced)
- You need 1 of julienned and 1 bunch Green bell pepper or sweet pepper
- You need 2 of Green chili or red chili
- You need 1 large of thumb size Ginger
- Prepare 2 clove of Garlic
- Prepare 200 ml of Coconut milk
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Vegetable oil
- You need 1 of 1 teaspoon Salt
- You need 1 dash of Coarsely ground pepper
Step to make Flavor of the Philippines! Pork Cooked in Coconut Milk:
- Slice the pork meat into pieces about 2 cm wide. Thinly slice the ginger and finely chop the garlic. Cut the green chili diagonally.
- Heat a pan and add oil, garlic, and ginger. Fry over low heat until fragrant and light brown. It is a very slow fry, about 5 minute
- Add pork and stir until cooked through. Then pour in the coconut milk.
- Mix together lightly and bring it to boil. Season with salt and pepper and add green chili pepper and bell pepper.
- Keep the heat low and simmer for another 6-7 minutes until the coconuts milk thickens slightly.
