The Ingredients needed to make Keto New York Cheesecake:
  1. You need of Cheesecake Base
  2. Prepare 200 g of Almond Flour
  3. You need 75 g of Butter
  4. It’s Pinch of Sea Salt
  5. It’s 1/4 Cup of Erythritol
  6. It’s of Topping
  7. It’s 600 g of Cream Cheese
  8. You need 1 Cup of Double Cream
  9. Prepare 2 Tsp of Vanilla Essence
  10. Prepare 1/4 Cup of Erythritol
Step to make Keto New York Cheesecake:
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a 9 inch baking tin.
  2. Melt the butter and stir in all of the base ingredient
  3. Press the base mixture into the baking tin and bake for 8- 10 minutes until the edges are turning brown
  4. Remove from oven leave to cool and while you prepare the topping
  5. Using an electric whisk, mix all the topping ingredients together until the mixture becomes very thick.
  6. Spoon the topping on to the base and place the mixture in the freezer for approximately 3 hour
  7. Refrigerate for an hour or until you are ready to serve. Store in refrigerator for upto 3 day
