The Ingredients need to make Oysters Sous-Vide:
  1. You need 25 of Blue Point Oysters, raw
Step to make Oysters Sous-Vide:
  1. Be sure to start with raw unshucked oyster
  2. Heat your water bath to 85 C / 185°F
  3. Line sous-vide pouch with aluminum foil so the oyster shell doesnt pierce the pouch.
  4. Vacuum seal.
  5. Heat in the water bath for 4-5 minute
  6. Remove oysters from the pouch and serve with seasonings of your choice. I used salt and lemon. Some like Tabasco as well.
