  7. Prepare of Sugar

  9. You need of Condensed Milk
  10. You need of Agar Agar
  11. You need of white chocolate
  12. You need of Red food colouring
Step to make Mirror Glaze Valentines Day Cake Without Gelatin:
  1. Heat the milk and dissolve Agar Agar and chocolate, keep that aside (Dont boil)
  2. Pour one cup of whipping cream into the bowl and beat until it holds stiff peaks
  3. Fold in together chocolate mixture and whipped cream. (Make sure chocolate mixture at room temperature)
  4. Then Fill the half of the mousse in the pan (Use springform pan)
  5. Place the cake upside down (I used heart shaped vanilla cake, you can you any shape and any flavour)
  6. Fill the remaining mousse and refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours or until set
  7. Boil together water, sugar, Agar Agar and condensed milk. Now Add white chocolate and melt
  8. Filter and add red colouring, blend well
  9. Pour the glaze onto the cake
