The Ingredients needed to make Gyu Don (Beef on Rice):
  1. It’s 200 grams of Sliced Beef
  2. It’s 1 piece of Onion
  3. It’s 1000 grams of Cooked Rice
  4. Prepare 300 ml of Water
  5. It’s 1 tsp of Japanese Soup Stock
  6. Prepare 4 tbsp of Soy Sauce
  7. It’s 4 tbsp of Mirin
  8. You need As needed of Spring Onin
Step to make Gyu Don (Beef on Rice):
  1. Cut the Onion in half vertically. Peel off about two Onion layers at a time and cut them into wedges from the edge.
  2. Cop the spring Onion into 5mm length
  3. Put the water, Japanese Soup Stock, Soy Sauce and Mirin in a frying pan, and Mix it well. Bring to a boil. Add onions and beef, in that order, and remove the scum.
