The Ingredients need to make Osaka Okonomiyaki:
- Prepare of Cabbage
- It’s of Yamamimo
- Prepare of Carrots
- Prepare leaf of Onions
- Prepare 1 cups of flour okonomiyaki
- It’s 100 ml of water
- It’s of Vegetable oil
- You need of Eggs
- Prepare of Tenkasu or agedama
- Prepare of Katsuobushi
- It’s of Ao-nori
- Prepare of Japanese mayoo
- Prepare of Okonomiyaki sauce
Step to make Osaka Okonomiyaki:
- Cut your vegetable like thi 🙋🏻♀️ Ignore my onions okay…. (i just prepare for curry)
- Onions leaf cut like this
- Pour 1 cups flour and eggs inside. Mix well
- Mix with 100 ml water mix with your Yamaimo
- Put inside carrots, mix well
- Put inside cabbage, mix well
- Put inside onions leaf, mix well
- Put inside tenkatsu (if you eat udon or tempura you know this one right)
- Wait 3-4 minutes with low medium fire
- Put meat and flip you can add egg also. Wait 2 minutes and done.
- Prepare your okonomiyaki, first put japanese mayoo
- Second put your okonomiyaki sauce or お好み焼きソース
- Third put Katsuobushi or fish flakes
- Fourth and finish spread ao nori
- Ittadakimasu!!
