The Ingredients needed to make Summer Panzanella:
  1. Prepare 1 loaf of Sourdough
  2. Prepare 1 of as needed Olive Oil
  3. Prepare 1 of as needed Salt and Pepper
  4. You need 3 large of Heirloom Tomatoes
  5. Prepare 1 each of Cucumber
  6. Prepare 2 each of Avocados
  7. Prepare 1 of as needed Vinegar
Step to make Summer Panzanella:
  1. Cut sourdough on a bias to 3/4 slices
  2. Brush each slice with olive oil and season with salt and pepper on both side
  3. Toast carefully on a hot grill.
  4. Cut tomatoes into large chunks, discarding core.
  5. Peel cucumber and cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out seed with a spoon and discard. Slice into 1/4 boomerang
  6. Dice avocado.
  7. Pour vinegar over bread, squeezing the bread to soak it up. Add tomato, cucumber and avocado. Sprinkle in olive oil, salt and pepper as you toss ingredients together.
