Hello everybody, hope you are having an incredible day today. Today, I will show you a way to prepare a special dish, Salad Dressing Chicken. one of my favorites . For mine, I am going to make it a little bit unique. This is gonna smell and look deliciou

The Ingredients need to make Salad Dressing Chicken:
  1. You need 1 packages of chicken pieces
  2. Prepare 4 tbsp of olive oil
  3. You need 1 of Russian salad dressing
Step to make Salad Dressing Chicken:
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. You can use whichever chicken pieces you like. Breasts, drums or thigh I use chicken with the skin, but due to the glaze you could probably use skinless as well.
  3. If Russian dressing isnt your thing, you can also use French or Catalina. The brand doesnt matter. I use Kraft, because its easier to find in the store!
  4. Brown chicken, skin side down in a skillet using the oil. Youre not looking to cook it, just brown the skin a bit.
  5. Place browned chicken in a baking or casserole dish, skin side up. Pour enough of the salad dressing over the chicken to coat all the peice It should be enough to glaze the peices, but they dont need to swim!
  6. Bake, uncovered, for 30 - 40 mins or until chicken is cooked and the juices run clear.
  7. This also works awesome with pork. Ive also put pieces of cut up potatoes in between the pieces of chicken and covered them with dressing as well. Its delish! The extra sauce can be spooned over the chicken, as well as over potatoes or rice.
  8. I put it down as 2 servings, but since the number of servings depends on the number of chicken pieces, it can be scaled either up or down to suit.
