The Ingredients needed to make Instant Pot Beef Stew:

2. You need 3 Tbls of flour
3. Prepare 2 Tbls of Extra virgin Olive oil
4. It’s 1/4 tsp of pepper
5. Prepare 1 pkg of McCormick Beef Stew seasoning
6. It’s 4 Cups of Water
7. It’s 4 cups of beef broth
8. It’s 3 Cups of baby carrots, 16oz bag
9. You need 1 of onion, large diced
10. It’s 1 of large celery rib, diced
11. Prepare 3 Tbls of garlic, minced
12. You need 6 of medium baby red potatoes, 1 1/2 lbs
13. You need 8 oz of sliced mushrooms
14. Prepare 1 Tbls of fresh parsley

Step to make Instant Pot Beef Stew:

1. Toss beef with
2. Press sauté button, put Olive oil in pot, brown beef on all side
3. Press cancel button. Add stew seasoning packet and
4. Add remaining ingredients except for the parsley.
5. Place lid on pot, and vent to seal.
6. Press Meat/Stew button, and adjust pressure to high, and 30-35 minute
7. When pot beeps at finish, allow to natural release until the pin drop
8. Top with fresh parsley, Serve with fresh bread. Enjoy!
