The Ingredients need to make Sweet and Sour Sauce for Egg Foo Yong:
  1. You need 1/2 of onion, thinly sliced
  2. You need 3 of garlic, thinly sliced
  3. You need 1 of big tomato (I usually use beef tomato), cubed
  4. Prepare 2 sachets of tomato ketchup
  5. It’s 2 sachets of chili sauce
  6. It’s 1 1/2 tsp of vinegar
  7. You need 1 tsp of sugar
  8. It’s 1 tsp of powdered bouillon
  9. It’s 400 ml of water + 2 tbsp katakuriko (you can use cornstarch)
  10. It’s 1 tsp of oil
Step to make Sweet and Sour Sauce for Egg Foo Yong:
  1. Heat the oil in a pan. Stir-fry onion and garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add tomato and stir occasionally until soft.
  3. Add tomato ketchup and chili sauce, bouillon, sugar, and vinegar.
  4. Stir well. Add the combination of water and katakuriko. Lower the heat and continue stirring until the sauce thicken
