The Ingredients need to make 30 Minute Tuscan Chicken Pasta:
  1. You need 2 of Chicken breasts ( chopped)
  2. You need 1 medium of Onion (chopped)
  3. Prepare 3 clove of Garlic(finely chopped)
  4. Prepare 1 1/2 of Bell pepper
  5. It’s 6 of Cherry tomatoes
  6. You need 2 medium of Pimento pepper
  7. You need 2 cup of Canned pasta sauce
  8. It’s 2 tbsp of All purpose seasoning
  9. You need 1 tbsp of Lemon pepper
  10. Prepare 1 tbsp of Rosemary
  11. You need 1 of Salt
  12. Prepare 1 of Black pepper
  13. Prepare 1 packages of Pasta of choice( preferably spaghetti)
Step to make 30 Minute Tuscan Chicken Pasta:
  1. Boil pasta according to packaged instructions, strain and set aside
  2. Roast bell peppers, pimentos and tomatoes in stove top. Slice bell peppers and pimentos and set aside. Note leave the cherry tomatoes whole
  3. Heat 1tbsp of oil in a wok or frying pan, Add chopped chicken breasts, give it a toss then add salt to taste, 1/2 tbsp all purpose seasoning, 1/2 tbsp lemon pepper, black pepper to taste.
  4. Sauté for approx. 1 minute
  5. Add pimentos, bell peppers and tomatoes to pan and sauté for 5 min
  6. Add one tin of store bought pasta or marinara sauce.
  7. Add the remainder of spices and salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Simmer sauce for approximately 10 min
  9. Serve hot over pasta with grated Parmesan cheese!
