The Ingredients need to make Keto Granola:
  1. It’s of Dry ingredients
  2. Prepare 1 cup of walnuts (Chopped)
  3. You need 1/2 cup of pecans (Chopped)
  4. You need 1 cup of un-sweetened coconut (shredded)
  5. You need 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
  6. You need 1/4 cup of flax seeds
  7. Prepare 1/2 cup of ground flax meal
  8. It’s 1/4 cup of chia seeds
  9. You need 5 Tbs of Granulated monk fruit Sweetner
  10. Prepare 1 tsp of cinnamon
  11. It’s of Wet ingredients
  12. It’s 1/4 cup of butter (melted)
  13. It’s 1 of egg white
  14. It’s 1 tsp of vanilla
Step to make Keto Granola:
  1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a large bowl, mix together dry ingredients (Nuts, Seeds, flax meal, sweetener, cinnamon.
  3. Combine wet ingredients in separate bowl (melted butter slightly cooled, egg white, vanilla.)
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry and combine.
  5. Pour mixture onto parchment lined baking sheet and press down.
  6. Optional Sprinkle 1/4-1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt on top prior to baking
  7. Bake for 20-25 mins until slightly browned.
  8. It will come out soft like a cookie, allow to fully cool (it will harden) break into desired size chunk
