2. You need 2 of -6 oz- Key Lime Pie yogurt low fat
3. It’s 1 packages of knox original gelatine unflavored
4. You need 1 tbsp of Fresh lime juice Squeezed
5. Prepare 1/2 cup of sugar
6. You need 1 of graham cracker pie crust
7. You need 1/4 cup of boiling water
8. You need 1/4 tsp of lime rind Grated and chopped fine

So this was my first time making a key lime pie and I followed the recipe exactly (except I made my own graham cracker crust). Boozy mini pies will definitely get the party started. 1. with a electric mixer,in a mix bowl add cream cheese, and sugar mix until creamy.
2. 1/4 cup hot boiling water mix gelatine.stir well let set.
3. add yogurts to cream cheese mix. whip 1 minute, now add lime juice and lime rind.
4. stir gelatine again, add to cream cheese mixture. whip on medium speed for 1 more minute.
5. scrape cream cheese muxture around mixing bowl.
6. whip one minute longer.
7. pour pie mixture into pie crust, place in refrigerator for 3 hour
8. garnish pie how you like, ready to serve.enjoy.
