The Ingredients need to make Hummus (without Tahini) - Lactose Free / Treenut Allergy Friendly:
  1. It’s 1 can of Garbanzo beans (Chick peas)
  2. You need 2 small of garlic cloves
  3. It’s 2 tbsp of lemon juice
  4. You need 1 tbsp of earthbalance vegan butter
  5. You need 1/2 tsp of greek blend seasoning
  6. It’s of Peppers (add these if you wish, but may leave out)
  7. It’s 1/2 tsp of Habanero powder or 1/2 habanero pepper (optional)
  8. You need 1/2 tsp of jalapeño powder, or 1/2 jalapeño pepper (optional)
Step to make Hummus (without Tahini) - Lactose Free / Treenut Allergy Friendly:
  1. Heat beans (with liquid) and garlic cloves over stove on low heat just until warm. Simmer over heat for roughly 4 minute
  2. Blend lemon juice, heated ingredients, butter, greek blend seasonings in blender until creamy. (if you choose to add the peppers blend them in also.)
