The Ingredients need to make Andhra  Punugulu:
  1. Prepare 2 cups of dosa batter
  2. It’s as required of Oil for frying
  3. You need 2 of chopepd green chilli
  4. It’s 1 of onion chopped
  5. Prepare Handful of chopped coriander leaves
  6. Prepare to taste of Salt
  7. You need 1/4 tsp of red chilli
  8. It’s 1/4 tsp of curry leaves chopped
  9. You need 1/4 tsp of black pepper
Step to make Andhra  Punugulu:
  1. Mix the ingredients one by one in the well fermented batter
  2. Do not add any water in the batter. It should be thick consistently not flowing.
  3. Add the spices and mix everything along.
  4. Heat the pan and add oil for frying our punugulu
  5. Once oil is well heated drop the batter through hands safely making small balls of batter.
  6. Fry them until golden brown.
