  1. Wash ur meat properly and place in a pot,add knorr,onions and salt and boil on its stock for abt 5mins, then add enof water and cook till done,soft and remaining little stock.
  2. Pick,wash and slice ur leaves and set aside.
  3. Wash and slice ur Onions and pepper and set aside.
  4. In ur pot of cooked meat with little stock,add ur sliced onion and peppers, crayfish, palm oil and bring to a boil.
  5. Once it boiled and d stock reduces, add ur Ugwu, cover and simmer for 3-4min
  6. Open d pot and add ur water leaf, taste for salt and add accordingly and cook for anoda 2-3min
  7. Ur vegetable soup is ready.
  8. In a pot of boiling water, add ur semo(dts already dissolved in cold water)and continue to stir thoroughly till its thick.
  9. Mould to any shape and serve with ur Veggie
