The Ingredients need to make Creamy Kale and Chicken:
  1. You need 12 ounces of frozen chopped kale
  2. You need 1-1/2 pound of chicken thighs boneless and skinless
  3. It’s 2 slices of thick bacon
  4. It’s 1 stick of butter
  5. It’s 1/2 cup of buttermilk
  6. It’s 1/2 cup of whole milk
  7. Prepare 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
  8. Prepare 1 teaspoon of ground white pepper powder
  9. Prepare 1 teaspoon of salt
  10. It’s 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Step to make Creamy Kale and Chicken:
  1. Melt the butter and fry the bacon till crispy. Chop the bacon up.
  2. Slice the chicken and season with salt and white pepper powder. Then add to the butter and bacon dripping Allow to sauté for 5 minute
  3. Add in the kale and sauté then simmer covered, 12 minutes total. About half and half on time of sauté and simmer.
  4. Add in the 1/2 the Stir in the the other half. Allow to sauté for 7 minute
  5. Then add in both milks and let it thicken. Dont overcook the sauce or it will break.
  6. Get the cheese and grate it on top. Cover and allow to melt, before serving. I hope you enjoy!!!
