The Ingredients need to make Cranberry Sauce Topped Nut Lentil Roast:
- Prepare 150 of red lentils
- Prepare 200 g of mixed nuts
- It’s 2 of onions, finely diced
- It’s 2 of garlic cloves, crushed
- It’s 50 g of raisins
- It’s 50 g of pine nuts
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of white pepper
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of salt
- It’s 1 tsp of turmeric
- Prepare 1 tsp of smoked paprika
- It’s 3 tbsp of cranberry sauce
Step to make Cranberry Sauce Topped Nut Lentil Roast:
- Boil the lentils in plenty of boiling water for 15 mins then drain.
- Blitz the nuts in a food processor until roughly ground. Add to a bowl with the raisins, pine nuts and spice Mix well.
- Finely chop the onions and crush the garlic. Fry in a frying pan with a tbsp of oil from the sun dried tomatoes jar.
