The Ingredients needed to make Empanadas (NFL Championship Game):

1. It’s of venison or beef ground meat
2. Prepare of ground pork
3. Prepare of bacon
4. Prepare of long hot peppers
5. Prepare of onion
6. It’s of garlic
7. It’s of sazon
8. It’s of sofrito (tomato cooking base)
9. It’s of recaito (cilantro cooking base)
10. It’s of salt pepper
11. You need of empanada shells

Step to make Empanadas (NFL Championship Game):

1. Chop up the bacon cook in pan (not crisp) remove bacon set aside
2. Leave bacon fat in cook the ground venison or beef the ground pork set aside leaving grease in the pan
3. Dice peppers, onions garlic cook in the meat fat.
4. Add all the meat back in with the sazon, sofrito recaito cook for a minute salt pepper for taste.
5. Fill the empanada shell in the middle with just enough room to fold over the edges pinch
6. Fry empanadas in 350° canola oil for 3 minutes on each side.
