This chorizo queso recipe is an all-natural cheese dip made with crispy chorizo and real cheddar cheese. Just when you thought chips and queso couldnt get any better… …chorizo joined the party. So weve simplified a super simple nacho cheese dip (Queso Fundido) with Chorizo and Velveeta.

1. Prepare 1 lbs of Mexican Style Chorizo (raw)
2. Prepare 1/2 of Sweet Onion
3. It’s 2 tbsp of Brown Rice Flour
4. You need 1 can of Evaporated Goats Milk
5. You need 1 can of Beef Stock
6. Prepare 1 (8 oz) of bag Finely Shredded Cheddar Cheese
7. You need 1/2 tsp of Paprika
8. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Ground Coriander
