  5. You need 1 tablespoon of brine liquid of olives
  6. You need 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  7. Prepare To taste of salt
  8. You need 1/3 cup of sliced julienned water chestnuts
  9. Prepare 1-1/2 teaspoon of soya sauce
  10. It’s 1 tablespoon of parsley flakes for garnish
  11. It’s 1 quart of beef broth
Step to make Meatball and Mushroom Soup:
  1. Heat the oil in a pot. Separate the stems from the caps of the mushroom Slice the leeks add to the oil and sauté. Add in the meatballs, all the mushrooms pieces, olives and juice Slice the water chestnuts and add.
