The Ingredients needed to make Healthy Shake:
  1. Prepare of Fresh Coconut
  2. You need of Banana
  3. Prepare of Almonds
  4. It’s of Melon seeds
  5. Prepare of Milk
  6. It’s of Honey
Step to make Healthy Shake:
  1. Soak Almonds in water for 3-4 hour
  2. Peel the coconut brown part.
  3. Peel almonds, dice the coconut. Take almonds, melon seeds and coconut into jar and blend it.
  4. Now add banana, honey, and milk and again blend it.
  5. Our healthy and tasty shake is ready to serve
