The Ingredients need to make Yellow Pickles (Indonesian Pickles):

  3. Prepare 50 gr of green friggiteli pepper
  4. Prepare of Make puree
  5. Prepare 4 cloves of shallot
  6. It’s 3 cloves of garlic
  7. It’s 3 of candlenuts
  8. Prepare 2-3 cm of fresh turmeric
  9. You need 2 tbsp of salt
  10. You need 1/2 tbsp of pepper
  11. It’s 2 of bay leaves, ripped
  12. You need 1 stalk of lemongrass, crushed
  13. You need 2-3 tbsp of vinegar
  14. Prepare 1/2 tsp of sugar
  15. It’s 250 ml of water
  16. You need 2 tbsp of oil
Step to make Yellow Pickles (Indonesian Pickles):
  1. Preheat oil into wok, sauted puree bay leaf and lemongrass about 2-3 mins till smells good and bit brown. Pour water and stir till bubble come
  2. Add cucumber, carrot and chilli into wok and boil in 2 mins till half cooked. Seasoning with vinegar and sugar. Take out from stove and ready to serve. )
  3. The pickles ready to serve with fried noodles or fried rice or you can make this for your sandwich 😊
