The Ingredients need to make One-pot Soya Biryani:
  1. Prepare 1 cup of basmati rice(soaked for 30 minutes)
  2. You need 1/2 cup of soya nuggets(soaked in water and squeezed)
  3. Prepare 1 of potato
  4. Prepare 1 tsp of red chilli powder
  5. It’s 1 tsp of turmeric powder
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp of coriander powder
  7. Prepare 1 tsp of fennel powder
  8. Prepare 1 tsp of garam masala powder
  9. You need 1/2 cup of thick curd
  10. It’s of Whole garam masala
  11. It’s 4 of pepper corns
  12. You need 1 of bay leaves
  13. Prepare 1 of cinnamon
  14. It’s 1 tsp of cumin seeds
  15. You need 2 of green cardemoms
  16. It’s 1 tbsp of salt
  17. It’s 2 tbsp of ghee
Step to make One-pot Soya Biryani:
  1. Heat ghee in a pressure cooker,add whole garam masala and add potato cubeFry on low flame for 2 minutes
  2. Mix all powdered spices to the curd and soya nuggets also.
  3. Now potatoes are fried,add curd-nugget mixture.Cook for 2 minuteNow ghee is seems to be separated.
  4. Add soaked basmati rice,stir.Add salt and 1.5cups Cover rahein lid of pressure cooker.
  5. Cook on high flame till 1 whistle.After 1whistle lower the flame to medium and cook for 2 more whistle
  6. Let pressure relaese,open the lid and serve hot with raita/
